Hoop Love Fitness is the latest fitness trend to hit Tokyo; a sensual, full body work out. The fun new form of spinning is sweeping the nation and is referred to as "waistline design".
Hips are gyrating, hearts are pumping and calories burning as "hoopers" pick up their brightly colored hula hoops and get into the spin.
Tokyo based Hoop Dance star, Deanne, encourages students to embrace their inner dancer and become one with the hoop flow as they sculpt their bodies, heighten their sensory awareness, and enjoy an action packed cardio vascular workout while burning up to 400 calories in 10 mintues.
Hoop Love Fitness classes are an action packed, soft on the joints, hard on the abs, intense, full body work out class that get hearts racing, hips wiggling and fat burning at high speed.
A fun alternative to mainstream exercise. Classes begin with a hoop warm up, followed by a fat burning core work out. Next "hoopers" learn sequential steps/tricks ready for the high energy hoop dance work out. After a yoga inspired cool down students celebrate their success with a Hoop Hooray.
Hoop Love Fitness classes welcome students of all ages and abilities.
HOOPLOVERS classes use Hoop Dance hoops which are adult sized dance hoops wrapped in grip tape for added hooping success.
